Last updated: June 2026. 1. The app. Artifacto renders HTML, Markdown, JSON and CSV "artifacts" that you paste, open, or share into it. It is a viewer/utility provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. 2. Your content. Artifacts you open stay on your device. You are responsible for the content you render and for ensuring you have the right to use it. Do not use Artifacto to render unlawful content. 3. Free tier & subscriptions. You may render up to 10 distinct artifacts for free. Continued use beyond that requires Artifacto Pro, available as an auto-renewable monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in-app at the point of purchase. 4. Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. A monthly subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. The lifetime option is a single, non-recurring purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. 5. Acceptable use. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for misuse, or abuse the app or its purchase system. 6. Changes. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. 7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artifacto and its developer are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or from the content you choose to render.
